A download file of all captures will be sent to the client’s email within 24 hours following your rental.

No Wi-Fi? No problem! Photos can still be taken as normal, and prints remain available instantly with print packages.

Digital captures will be safely queued and automatically sent via text or email once the booth reconnects to secure Wi-Fi, typically within 24 hours.

Travel is included within 40 miles of 48064. For events outside our included service area, the following travel fees apply: 41–60 miles: +$75, 61–80 miles: +$150, 81–100 miles: +$225, Over 100 miles: Custom quote.

We understand plans can change! Any date, time, or location changes must be requested in writing at least 30 days before your event and are subject to availability.

Because we may have multiple events scheduled on the same date, changes cannot always be guaranteed. However, we will always do our best to accommodate our clients and work with you through unexpected or emergency circumstances.

Please refer to your signed agreement for complete cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms.

It sure can! All equipment can be setup outdoors, weather permitting of course. We kindly asks our clients to provide a covered area or a plan B indoor space option if the weather is not on our side that day.

Absolutely! We are backed by a comprehensive multi-million dollar insurance policy and can easily provide a Certificate of Insurance upon the request of your venue.
